I wanted to know whether Tiiny could compare two documents that describe the same product from different angles, so I built a small test out of a PRD and a launch review for a fictional product, with deliberate disagreements planted in them. Both files stayed on my machine. I put them in a folder, pointed Tiiny at it, and it read them from disk using Qwen3.8-27B running locally. Nothing left my machine.
I gave Tiiny a narrow task. It should report only conflicts supported by the documents, label uncertain points clearly, and avoid deciding which document was correct.
The output kept each document's position separate. For every disagreement it quoted the section and the exact sentences from both sides, explained how it could affect the project, and listed what still needed human confirmation. It found all seven disagreements I had planted.
I'd still check the cited sections before trusting the report. One heading came back quoted slightly wrong. I can see this being useful when comparing old and new PRDs, meeting notes, or requirements that have changed over time, and for material I'd rather not hand to a third party.
